HONG KONG, Jan. 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Sino Group is pleased to announce that Sino Land Company Limited (“Sino Land“) has achieved significant milestones in global sustainability indicators, reaffirming its position in advancing sustainable growth. This year, Sino Land has been selected as a constituent of the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia/Pacific Index (“DJSI Asia Pacific”) for the second year in a row, numbered among the top 20% in the Asia-Pacific Region, underlining the Group’s unwavering efforts to sustainability on a worldwide scale.
The DJSI Asia Pacific is the pioneering global benchmark for evaluating the performance of leading Asia-Pacific companies that demonstrate exceptional sustainability practices across long-term economic, environmental, and social criteria. Led by the leading media research organisation, Corporate Knights, the Annual Global 100 measures each industry’s impact profile with up to 25 quantitative key performance indicators, including sustainable investment, revenue and carbon productivity. Sino Land has also become one of the first real estate developers in Hong Kong to become an Early Adopter of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), demonstrating its commitment to protecting the resilience of natural ecosystems.
